However, as a BSN my practice is limited due to the limited knowledge I possess I cannot become a nurse leader and transform the future of nursing practice (Leik, 2013). Pursuing an MSN will provide me with a foundation in theory and practical that will enable me to expand my practice scope and become a nurse leader in advance practice.
